"As a parent, I strive to provide my girls with the right coping mechanisms but exactly how and what that looks like is not always so apparent, especially in times such as during the pandemic. After hearing other parents share their positive experience with Ignite Their Souls, I decided to give it a try and was pleasantly surprised at how much our girls loved it! Having someone as amazing as Julie (the owner) equip and coach my girls was a true blessing. I couldn't have imagined how powerful these classes would be on such little minds but in all honestly, it really was. I saw a shift in my kids behaviours and more importantly their outlooks, as they became more cognisant of their emotions. Teaching our kids these coping skills at a young age is great but having someone as incredibly gifted as Julie to teach and empower them, is a recipe for success.
